Event Center Tenant Improvement
Commercial Tenant Improvement · Bothell, WA
Scope of Work
A complete commercial tenant improvement for a high-end event center, managed through five construction phases from initial demolition to final closeout and owner turnover.
Work included selective demolition, concrete and groundwork, framing for new interior partitions, full MEP rough-in (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire sprinklers), drywall and storefront installation, tile and flooring, cabinetry and millwork, interior and exterior painting, fixture installation, and final inspections with life-safety testing.
The project was coordinated with phased scheduling and detailed construction documentation, including pre-construction planning, milestone tracking, and trade coordination across all major building systems.
